Our Community Class program is an incubator for dance—a space where movers of all levels can explore, connect, and grow. Led by local dance and somatic instructors, these classes offer a platform for teachers to share their craft while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for dancers, enthusiasts, and curious bodies alike.
Our Workshops are designed to provide an immersive experience into the projectALCHEMY process, combining contemporary movement, creative exploration, and a repertoire showing. For those wanting to dive even deeper, our Intensives expand this process into two vital pillars of our work: composition and dance-making, and technical training and company repertoire.

Collective Intensive Day Workshop
We’re excited to be part of the Collective Intensive hosted by Florida Dance Arts—a unique experience where dancers immerse themselves in different career paths and learn from industry professionals.
projectALCHEMY will lead a one-day workshop focusing on company life, contemporary movement training and exploration, and our creative process. Dive into what it’s like to be part of a professional dance company, guided by our artistic and rehearsal directors.

Open Company Class with Alexander Jones
Join projectALCHEMY for a dynamic Pop-Up Open Company Class led by Alexander Jones, founder and executive artistic director. This hour-and-a-half session is designed for dancers seeking to deepen their artistry, refine their movement, and engage in a collaborative and explorative environment.
Each class begins with a contemporary warm-up and across-the-floor exercises to prepare the body, followed by improvisation to reset, reconnect, and rediscover movement pathways. The session culminates in phrase work that incorporates partnering skills, encouraging dancers to engage with and respond to other bodies in space.
Classes take place from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and dancers have the option to drop in for $10 per class or purchase a three-day pass for $25. This is a valuable opportunity to experience projectALCHEMY’s creative process and movement philosophy while exploring new ways to move, connect, and create.
